Come on you Saints!!!

May 4th, 2008

Phew, what a nervy ending to the season - it came down to the Saints having to win and also to rely on others to come through with some good results.. came down to the end of the Stoke v Leicester game, watching it on Sky and hoping Leicester woulsn’t score.. exciting stuff :)

Twitter..?

May 2nd, 2008

WTF is the point of it, I can’t really see it? Wikipedia’s take on it is:

Twitter is a free social networking and micro-blogging service that allows users to send “updates” (or “tweets”; text-based posts, up to 140 characters long) to the Twitter website, via short message service (e.g. on a cell phone), instant messaging, or a third-party application such as Twitterrific or Facebook.

It seems to be essentially pointless and more than a little lazy - I know people who are going mad over it and update themselves every ten minutes.. probably going to go the same way as myspace and Facebook and fade away.

Pretty much says it all (click for larger image):
