Last night’s jam
Saturday, November 8th, 2008.. was excellent, went a whole lot better than I thought it could for a first jam. It was me, Steve, Gary, Paul Wright and Matt Field - it felt natural pretty much straight away 
We ripped through War Pigs, For Whom The Bell Tolls, Stone Cold Crazy, Fade To Black and a whole lot more. Hmm, that is a whole list of Metallica songs - it wasn’t intentional, just what people knew so we could get together and jam. We drew up a list of songs we want to learn by the next session (I am out of action next week but the rest of the guys are getting together I think). I can’t remember the list right now (gotta get Paul to forward it to me) but it included Neil Young’s Rocking In The Free World, AC/DC’s You Shook Me All Night Long amongst others so it should be a real good mix.
